We only invest in residential real estate where we can count on a stable and long-term income stream and have a good chance of capital gains in the future.
We pay special attention to minimizing the risks of deterioration of the situation, protecting the potential for income growth from our investments.
We will refuse any investment that goes against our mission and company values, or questions the honor of our company, its owners, or harms society and/or enviroment.
Upon purchase, each property is carefully selected and evaluated separately. The property is also valued annually by independent appraisers in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and local valuation methods.
We are interested in and follow the development plans of the entire area where the property is located, in order to assess the prospects for investment and future capital growth.
